At the heart of The Hive is Eleanor, whose leadership and passion for dentistry drive everything we do. After completing her BSc in Management with Entrepreneurship and MSc in Digital Marketing at Southampton University, Eleanor moved straight into business development and marketing — quickly finding her niche within dentistry. Within just three years, she rose to become Practice Manager of a prestigious implant referral clinic, despite starting with no prior dental background.

Eleanor has since built a career on continuous learning and innovation, advancing her knowledge across all areas of dentistry. She has completed extensive training in implants, forensic dentistry, dental practice management and marketing, live surgical procedures, the patient journey, law, and finance — and today is also a fully qualified dental technician.

Her leadership has helped grow multiple award-winning private implant practices and an award-winning dental laboratory, both of which continue to thrive despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic. As our Registered CQC Manager, Eleanor has successfully passed multiple inspections with excellence.

Outside of The Hive, Eleanor is a judge for the prestigious Private Dentistry Awards (FMC), a trustee for the Den-Tech Charity, and the co-founder of Nightshift — a movement dedicated to empowering women in dental technology.
